Refund Policy

After making a purchase, we won’t release payment to the seller until the buyer has received the order and approved it.  Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report any issues with it. Issues we will consider for refund are the following;

  • Item is not as described and was misrepresented by seller.   You must report the problem with supporting photos to Oh Frock’s customer service.  If we verify that the item was indeed misrepresented, we will send you a shipping label to return the item to the seller.  You must ship the item within 3 days of the label being emailed to you in order to be eligible for a full refund.

Covered by refund policy

  • Incorrect or missing item
  • Item not as described
  • Item not authentic
  • Undisclosed damage

If any of these apply to your item, please report it to Oh Frock immediately.  

If no claim is made within 24 hours from delivery, payment will automatically be released to seller.  Once payment has been released, all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

Not Covered

You changed your mind/or item does not fit

If you change your mind or the item does not fit like you thought it would, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.  If you do not like it you can always list in back on Oh Frock and re-sell it.

Trading items outside of our website

Oh Frock will not protect or cover transactions made outside our website.  If an item is sold outside our site and payment is arranged outside our site, we cannot guarantee that both parties will ship and provide payment.  You will bare any and all risks associated with any transaction outside our site.
